He told the 17th Botswana heads of mission conference that diplomacy is a vocation, which has great expectations. He said that there are very few aspects of life in the country that they do not concern his ministry and diplomats. He added that the meeting offers diplomats an opportunity to take stock of milestones, identify shortcomings and find common solutions to the challenges they face in their individual duty stations and the ministry as a whole.
