Sixty million condoms distributed in two years

PSI technical services manager, Diana Gourvenec said the NGO helped the government distribute 50 million free condoms in the last two years. In addition, PSI sold nine million of its Lovers Plus condom brand.

Gourvenec was speaking at the launch of the Inter Personal Communication (IPC) collaboration for HIV prevention in Botshabelo on Tuesday. She said there is need to look at other factors besides no condom use that contribute to the spread of HIV/AIDS.
