Show draws hundreds to Galo Centre

FRANCISTOWN: Hundreds gathered at Galo Centre on Saturday to witness the sixth Galo Auto Show. Hyped vintage, classic and pimped cars and bikes wowed the crowd.

Galo centre car park was packed and it showcased a myriad of marques and models giving the audience a motoring enthusiast's paradise.

Over 15 cars - ranging from a 1942 Ford model to a 2011 Toyota 2.7 - where on shown. Bentley, BMW, Posche, and many others were among the cars on display. The competition was between two categories of classics and pimped cars. In the classics category Victor Haskins scooped first position with his 1942 Ford, Parekh came second with his 1958 Ford Fellani and third was Ali Parekh with 1946 Bentley.
