Sex with many partners invites STD infections

A person is more likely to pick an HIV infection if they engage with more than one partner, says African Comprehensive HIV/AIDS Partnership (ACHAP) Prevention Manager Benjamin Binagwa as the organisation considers announcing the results of a 2002 study on youth sexual relationships.

African Comprehensive HIV/AIDS Partnership (ACHAP) Prevention Manager Benjamin Binagwa says that if one is in multiple concurrent relations, they expose themselves to a situation where they can easily get exposed to infections.

He said having many sexual partners might result in being infected by someone who is recently infected with HIV.
