Seretse's accounts to remain frozen - Judge

High Court Judge Godfrey Radijeng has this morning confirmed an order made by the Regional Magistrate Chris Gabanagae to freeze Bakang Seretse's bank accounts and those of his co-accused.

The Directorate of Public Prosecutions (DPP) had sought before the Magistrate Court in December an order to have Seretse's properties and bank accounts placed under restraint and that they should not be disposed off which was granted.

Attorney representing the trio Kgosietsile Ngakaagae then filed an urgent application challenging the decision before Radijeng.
