Seretse scores as judge dismisses state's appeal

Yesterday, a Lobatse High Court judge dismissed a complaint by the prosecution team after they found that there were no irregularities in the ongoing graft case.
Judge Zibani Makhwade said it is clear that where an appellant in a review proceeding approaches a superior court to intervene in a trial that has not been concluded, it is incumbent upon that party to show that the case is indeed a rare and unusual one, to be dealt with by the superior court at that stage.
