Seretse case allocated judge

The case in which the Assistant Minister of Finance and Development Planning Vincent Seretse and others are charged with corruption, will be heard by Justice Tshepo Motswagole on a date yet to be decided, Mmegi has established.

Motswagole was assigned the case after it was registered early last week.  Seretse is charged alongside Paul Paledi, Botswana Telecommunications Corporation (BTC) project manager Berndt Astrom and Serala (Pty) Ltd. The accused are charged with corruption contrary to Section 31 (1) of the Corruption and Economic Crime Act.
