Contrary to an invitation that was extended to the press to cover a presentation by Minister of Local Government Margaret Nasha on the proposed Bogosi Bill Kgosi Seepapitso IV decided last minute that they should not cover the a presentation by Minister of Local Government Margaret Nasha on the proposed Bogosi Bill.
No explanation was given except that he wanted the presentations to be held behind closed doors.
