The state alleges that Sedimo had unlawful carnal knowledge of a girl under the age of 16 in 2012 on a date unknown to the prosecution. Siziba set April 25 for the facts of the matter to be read to the accused. In a similar matter, an unemployed man also from Matopi appeared before Siziba to answer to a single charge of defilement.
