Lawyer Tebogo Sebego has launched a protest against his loss in the Botswana National Front (BNF) primary elections held over the weekend.

The clash at the Gaborone South primaries put MP Akanyang Magama and Sebego in the ring.

The tight contest eventually saw Magama sailing through with a difference of 45 votes after gunning 1,148 while his rival got 1,103 votes.
