SA police make arrests in Tilney's murder

South African police have arrested two men in connection with the murder of Robin Tilney, which occurred on January 5 at his home in Extension Four, Gaborone.

"We have heard about the arrests but are waiting for an official confirmation," the Director of the Criminal Investigations Department (CID), Mathews Maduwane said Thursday afternoon.

Maduwane who confirmed that they have been working with their South African counterparts on the case, said they will continue with investigations, which will determine whether the matter is taken to court for the extradition of the suspects to Botswana.
