Report about DISS torture submitted

The investigation of nine Directorate of Intelligence and Security Services (DISS) agents on allegations that they tortured four members of the security forces has been completed.

Two soldiers and two policemen said they were severely beaten and humiliated in a torture chamber at the offices of DISS late last year.

Former commander of the Central Police Station, Takongwa Mazwiduma told Mmegi that they have finalised their investigations into the allegations and submitted their report.
