Rapist ruptures his urinary nerve

The Gaborone Regional Magistrate Mokwadi Gabanagae has postponed to the 24th March this year, the sentencing of a Tsabong serial rapist, convict Thomas Kock Lebitso (32) of Gakhibana.

Gabanagae made the ruling yesterday after the prosecution informed him that Lebitso was hospitalised at Princess Marina Hospital.

According to Inspector Lovemore of Tsabong Police, who is prosecuting the matter, he learnt from the prisons officials that Lebitso was taken to the hospital on Monday morning after rupturing his urinary nerve supply. Johane immediately made an application to set a new date for sentencing.
