Police officer kills colleague, turns gun on himself

In an incident that has left Police reeling in shock, an officer shot and killed a colleague, injured another, and turned the gun on himself.

The incident occurred yesterday at the police officers' workstation at the veterinary gate near Serule.

According to a press statement from the police, the 34-year-old male constable shot and killed his 36-year-old female colleague using his service rifle. The officer further shot at and wounded another officer, 56, and finally turned the gun on himself.
