Police look to DNA to pin rape suspect

Last week Saturday, a woman was attacked and raped by a stranger while walking to a bar in the company of her friend. No:2 District Officer Commanding, Senior Superintendent Paul Oketsang told The Monitor that it has been a week and they are still on their toes searching for the unknown man.
He said they have sent the DNA collected from the victim to their forensic lab. “The results will help us locate the suspect as they will use the DNA to possibly locate the unknown suspect.
