Police helicopter missing

Botswana Police Service helicopter with a crew of three is missing.

This is according to a media statement released by the Police on Tuesday (22 April).  The helicopter had crew members consisting of two pilots and an Airborne Law Enforcement Officer. The helicopter went missing between Gumare and Maun on Sunday (20 April) evening.

“A search and rescue team has been dispatched and is raking the area to locate the helicopter” said a statement from Police Public Relations officer, Christopher Mbulawa.
