BIUST University Board chairperson Dr Seja Maphanyane says they have forwarded Dr Galani Malatsi’s damning whistle-blowing report to the police for the law to take its course.

She was responding to a Mmegi questionnaire this week on wide ranging questions on the Board’s effectiveness in handling the matter which has become a hot topic in recent days.

However, questions abound as to whether the action by the Board to hand the file to the law enforcement agency may be just to save face, as the University Board appears to be publicly rallying behind the BIUST VC in various media fora.
