Peeping tom nabbed for idling

A 42-year-old Tlokweng man accused of idling and disorderly conduct pleaded guilty by reason of insanity yesterday.

In his defence, Ezekiel Mosetlha pleaded with Urban Customary Court deputy president Patricia Radipati to forgive him and withdraw his case because he was a first offender and also a psychiatric patient.

When asked what evidence he had to support his claims, Mosetlha told the court that he could bring his medical certificates and medication before court.
