Over 4,000 graduates still waiting to be interns

Only 1, 227 graduates who served in the National Internship Programme have been absorbed in the job market amidst complaints of injustices and a discriminatory hiring criterion.

Meanwhile, 4, 246 more graduates are still waiting to join the programme.

Ministry of Labour and Home Affairs spokesperson, Osesenaqa Lekgoko, has said graduates who have been in the programme for two years and above will exit at the end of the month.
