As political parties retreat to take a break from the daily grind of politics and strategise next week during the President's Holidays, the Botswana National Front (BNF) will congregate in Kanye.

Speaking in an interview with The Monitor last weekend, BNF spokesperson Moeti Mohwasa said over 1,000 party delegates from all over the country will come together at the BNF's annual conference.

The conference, he added, is expected to discuss - among others, the memorandum of understanding over by-elections, which was signed during the umbrella one talks. He said that they would also listen to the BNF president, Duma Boko's, speech and then debate it. They will also listen to reports from the BNF secretary general and the treasurer's report.
