BOROLONG: Legend has it that former President Sir Seretse Khama was sitting next to President Julius Nyerere of Tanzania on a plane to a meeting of African heads of state in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

President Khama is said to have fetched dried Phane from his pocket, tossed them into his mouth and started chewing. Curious, Mwalimu Nyerere enquired as to what his friend was masticating on with such gusto.In answer, Sir Seretse delved back into his pocket and quietly handed a few caterpillar worms to Nyerere, whose eyes suddenly looked ready to pop in horror.
