Organised syndicates target deserted Pitsane

In an interview, Ramatlabama Criminal Investigation Department (CID) Detective Superintendent, Moses Temogo said a growing middle class in Pitsane West had become the target of organised syndicates.
“This issue is a headache to us now,” he said.
