Ombudsman office critical to good governance

Batsalelwang was speaking during the Ombudsman breakfast seminar for non-governmental organisations (NGOs) held at Tati River Lodge yesterday.
"There are important factors that characterise good governance which include voice and accountability. By this we refer to political processes of any country, including the extent to which citizens participate in the selection of their government," said Batsalelwang.
