FRANCISTOWN: Diamond giant, Debswana, through its subsidiary, Orapa, Letlhakane and Damtshaa Mines (OLDM), are not leaving anything to chance as they race to help curb the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic currently wreaking havoc around the world.

While many governments around Africa including Botswana have imposed lockdowns on their citizens to control the virus, OLDM recently joined the fray by recruiting more medical personnel as one of the measures to stymie the deadly virus, Bontle Maruatona, Corporate Affairs Manager at OLDM has revealed.

The recruitment of more medical personnel was made before the country reported its three confirmed cases of coronavirus and a single death this week.
