Ntuane denies secret meetings with Khama

Leader of Opposition and Botswana Movement for Democracy (BMD) vice-president Botsalo Ntuane has rubbished accusations that he has had clandestine meetings with President Ian Khama.

Ntuane will meet Khama today for the first time as Leader of Opposition. Speaking in an interview yesterday, Ntuane said there were some opposition elements on a misinformation campaign to tarnish his image.

There has been talk that Ntuane met secretly with Khama at Mokolodi Nature Reserve two weeks ago.
