NPF saga: Kgosi unfazed as PAC invokes powers

The Public Accounts Committee (PAC) has resolved to invoke its powers to force Intelligence Security director, Isaac Kgosi to respond to all questions in the ongoing review of the National Petroleum Fund (NPF) scandal.

When he appeared this morning, just like last week, Kgosi refused to respond to many questions posed by members of the committee relating to the DIS’ dealings in the NPF scandal, either saying the information was classified or prejudicial to the ongoing court proceedings.

In addition, Kgosi said some of the matters relating to the dealings the DIS had in relation to the NPF were not privy to the PAC.
