'No Change' Combi Drivers Rip Off Commuters

With cash, you can buy goods or services without much ado. It has replaced the batter system in which people used goods or materials in exchange for others. Traders would just look at your bull and tell you that with it you could, for example, get three bags of rice. Whether it was fair or not could not be determined, as the buyer was at the mercy of the seller. But now with the advent of a money economy the price is determined by supply and demand, it looks quite fair. But in Botswana a problem has arisen between commuters and combi drivers who do not seem to have any change or loose coins to give to disembarking passengers. Commuters feel they are being ripped off by combi conductors/drivers.
Bigger denominations start from P5 to P200. But one thing for sure is that Batswana just love their change. Period.
