No Arrest Yet In CEDA�s Boss Shooting

The police are still looking for unknown men who allegedly shot and injured the chief executive officer (CEO) of CEDA Thabo Thamane last Monday.

Reached for a comment, The Botswana Police Service’s spokesperson, Assistant Commissioner Witness Bosija told The Monitor that they are investigating the matter but could not reveal much information. “We do not know what exactly happened but investigations on the matter are ongoing.

At this stage I cannot disclose the particulars of the victim, when the incident occurred or say anything further that involves the case to the media yet as we are still conducting investigations which are currently at initial stages,” Bosija said.
