According to minister Seretse, four other cases are still being investigated by the council. The minister further informed the house that none of these cases have been taken to the courts of law.

Minister Seretse was responding to the Member of Parliament for Gaborone Central, Dumelang Saleshando, who had wanted the minister to state the number of appeals for unfair dismissals brought to the council by former soldiers. MP Saleshando further wanted to know if there were other cases of a similar nature that are before the courts.
