According to the land board, the con artists claim they are able to sell repossessed plots to potential developers and land-seekers in Palapye and Mahalapye. The land board said one of the culprits calls himself, ‘Phenyo Tamocha’ or ‘Ambros Tamocha’. The land board also said that it does not sell plots and the public is warned to never engage in such deals. Affected developers and land-seekers are advised to contact the police.
