Ngaka charged with serious offence

The Member of Parliament for Takatokwane constituency has been given a more serious charge for allegedly assaulting his wife, Boingotlo at Matebeleng, near Moshaweng last year.

Ngaka Ngaka, will now face a charge of causing grievous bodily harm, revealed sub-inspector Tshiamo Montshiwa to the Molepolole Magistrate Lindiwe Makgoro yesterday.  

Defence lawyer, Mogakolodi Segwagwa, told the court that they would need more time to study the fresh documents filed by the state.
