NFTRC boss carjacked

The Managing Director of the National Food Technology Research Centre (NFTRC) Dr Charity Kerapeletswe-Kruger was on Sunday evening robbed of her vehicle at gunpoint as she tried to enter her yard in Ledumadumane, Mogoditshane.

A close family member revealed that Kerapeletswe-Kruger was with two occupants in her Toyota Fortuner SUV when three gun-wielding men emerged and ordered them out of the vehicle.

"She was with two others in the car when three armed men appeared from nowhere and ordered them out. The armed men drove away with the vehicle Registration No B165 AOB at around 7pm," said the family member.
