Nchindo in fresh bid to reclaim seized land

Garvas Nchindo has launched a spirited attempt to regain a chunk of land in Gaborone on which over P90 million was used to purchase and service it.

Young Nchindo is fighting to have the then Regional Magistrate Lot Moroka forfeiture order against Plot 55720, dubbed Setlhoa Village, overturned.

Making their submissions before Court of Appeal judges yesterday, his Attorney, Craig Webster, said Nchindo – through his company Tourism Development Consortium (TDC) –  had procedurally paid P3.7 million as a purchase price from the government.
