Nasha lashes out at lazy civil servants

Nasha's disappointment came in the wake of two ministers failing to answer questions due to inadequate information provided by the accountable officers on Tuesday.Nasha had to come to the rescue of cabinet minister Kitso Mokaila after he failed to adequately answer a question asked by Member of Parliament for Palapye Moiseraele Goya.
Goya had asked Mokaila if the sewage system assessment in Palapye that was to be finished in October 2011 was completed and if so, what was the outcome; and if not, what had caused the delay. Mokaila's answer was to the effect that no such assessment was made except for a discussion between some officers at the ministry. He further added that there was no record showing that the work was ever undertaken, something that irked Goya.
