Muzilas agree to disagree on divorce

In May this year the DC instituted divorce proceedings against her husband of 34 years for alleged adultery. During the divorce hearing yesterday, attorney Gabriel Komboni, a senior partner at Phumaphi, Chakalisa and Company representing Sylvia disclosed that the embattled couple held a meeting on October 5, 2007 and agreed that the matter be removed from the court's roll.
"The first defendant should be allowed to file his papers," submitted Komboni. He also moved that there should be no order for costs.
