Murder case postponed for more investigations

The Directorate of Public Prosecutions (DPP) has told the police to carry out further investigations in the case in which a waitress at O'Hagan's Pub in Gaborone is charged with the murder of her boyfriend.

The prosecutor, Lesedi Seloka, told the Broadhurst Magistrates Court on Tuesday that they have received the docket but advised the police to conduct more investigations.

Seloka said the investigations are not complete, though they are at an advanced stage. He therefore requested the court to extend the remand warrant of arrest for the suspect, Matshidiso Ntwaagae.
