Murder accused has bail revoked

FRANCISTOWN: A murder accused, Khumbulani Matapa, has had his bail revoked after he failed to heed the conditions set by the court.

Francistown High Court judge, Justice Modiri Letsididi refused to grant bail to Matapa again, when the accused made a reapplication yesterday.

When Matapa was initially given bail, one of the conditions was that he would not come to Francistown unless authorised by the investigating officer in his case. However he broke this condition and was arrested at Monarch location in Francistown.
