Moupo sick

Security at Parliament was informed yesterday that Moupo is on two days' sick leave raising doubts about whether he will be able to respond to the 2008/2009 budget speech. Moupo's leave ends today suggesting that he ought to be present in Parliament tomorrow.
This comes at a time when the majority of members of parliament have already commented on the speech.
His horrific actions, betraying the trust placed in him to protect children have rightly been met with the full force of the law.
