FRANCISTOWN: The leader of opposition, Otsweletse Moupo's 22 year marriage to his wife Grace was finally dissolved by the High Court here last Friday. Moupo has now rejoined the ranks of bachelorhood after his marriage broke down 'irretrievably'.

The decree nisi for divorce filed by Grace has been hovering over the head of the Botswana National Front (BNF) president for six months.
But Moupo is still technically married to Grace until he signs the settlement agreement papers.

Grace's lawyer, Phazha Kgalemang, has also been instructed to file certified marriage certificates of the former lovebirds.
Moving Grace's decree nisi before Justice Zibani Makhwade, Kgalemang, appearing for the plaintiff, asked Grace if it was true that she married Moupo in community of property on December 13, 1986. She confirmed.
