Motswaledi resigns from BDP

He is joining the new Botswana Movement for Democracy otherwise known as Barata-Phathi.
"This (yesterday) morning at 11 o'clock I submitted my letter of resignation to the BDP," he said. He added that he decided to leave the BDP because the party has lost direction.
