Mother ‘murderer’ sent for psychiatric assessment

He is alleged to have thrown his deceased mother's body inside a pond.

Bokamoso Setlhabi (32) who allegedly killed his mother, Omphemetse Dineo Setlhabi (57) has been ordered by court to undergo a psychiatric assessment as there are suspicions that he may not be of sound mind.

The accused was arraigned for the murder of his mother before Palapye Magistrate's Court on Tuesday.
