Mosetse duo appears for gang rape

FRANCISTOWN: Two young men appeared before principal magistrate Dumisani Basupi for allegedly raping a woman at Kopano ward in Mosetse in the Central District on February 24 last year.

Peter Makhali, 21, who is represented by attorney Kabelo Gaonyadiwe pleaded not guilty to the charge as did his co-accused Carlos Mudongo, 22, who had no legal representation when they appeared.

The latter also told the court that he too will look for an attorney to represent him.
