Mosele Legal Services under the hammer

Property owned by Mosele Legal Services will be auctioned in Gaborone next week to recover over P50,000 in rental arrears. The auction follows the 2009 High Court ruling in favour of Mosele's landlord SAGG Investments.

SAGG went to court claiming P92,651.49 against Mosele Legal Services and its director Tshoganetso Base Sebonego. Deputy sheriff Urgent Chilisa will sell eight computer monitors from Mosele, a server, a conference desk, five executive chairs and five office tables at the Broadhurst Police Station in an auction on June 30.

High Court documents reveal that on December 8, 2008 Mosele Legal Service and its director, through their attorney, Plato Gaoboi, tendered payment in the sum of P42,500, which they admitted owing SAGG Investments and disputed the balance of P50,151.49.
