The Director of the Directorate of Public Service Management (DPSM), Carter Morupisi, has summoned leaders of the Botswana Federation of Public Sector Unions (BOFEPUSU) to his office so they can explain their political agenda.

BOFEPUSU's Deputy Secretary General Ketlhalefile Motshegwa also confirmed the meeting.  In a statement two months ago, Morupisi cautioned all public employees that they were not allowed to engage in active politics. The statement was released after BOFEPUSU's call on its members to vote for the opposition candidate in the Letlhakeng West by-election.
