Moroka praises knowledge and skills programme

Launching the programme yesterday at an event that was held at the Limkokwing University's main campus in Gaborone, Moroka said "this is what is needed if Botswana is to move from the current middle income status to the high income status".
He said education is the key to growth and development of any economy because it enhances the knowledge and skills of people so that they may be either retrained to take advantage of new opportunities or start off as new and innovative entrepreneurs.
"LEAP is therefore a definite value add in this regard," he said.
