Moroka loses in �accidental� shooting case

LOBATSE: Margaret Danster has won round one in her case against De Beers resident director, Neo Moroka following judgement delivered by Justice Godfrey Nthomiwa yesterday.

Nthomiwa granted the matter, which Danster had applied for that the magistrate courts should determine and examine all evidence against Moroka, challenging the decision by the state not to prosecute.

In his judgement read before court filled with journalists, Nthomiwa said: “That Magistrate Grade I or above stationed at Tsabong/Gaborone take a preparatory examination against the respondent in respect of the death of Kealeboga Danster”.
