More Opportunities Open For Mogae

Everybody has been asking themselves about what President Festus Mogae is going to do after he steps down tomorrow. "He is definitely going to be a busy man," answers Press Secretary to the President, Dr Jeff Ramsay.

He says that Mogae has received many invitations from international academic and research institutions but he has not made up his mind on which one to join. He added that international organisations such as the United Nations, African Union and Southern African Development Community have invited Mogae to join them. Anti-AIDS organisations are also interested in his services.

Ramsay said that even locals have come up with proposals on what the president should to do upon retirement.  He denied knowledge of the establishment of a foundation in the near future.
