In an interview, Molutsi told Mmegi that policies, work and practice in general, should be research based as that approach provides a formula to measure progress and failure.
“Investing in that particular process is critical as we are living in a world where everything is a product of research,” Molutsi said.
The BDP as a party known to have ample resources has always held its primaries well in time, but this time around that was not the case.
