Mokaila launches new look Seabelo service

Environment, Wildlife and Tourism Minister Kitso Mokaila, has encouraged Batswana to get actively involved in the running of the country's economy to ensure sustained growth.

Mokaila was speaking at the launch of Seabelo Travel and Tours at the Phakalane Golf Estate in Gaborone on Wednesday. He said while foreign direct investment (FDI) was important to the growth of the economic base of any country, it has been internationally acknowledged that without the active participation of citizen investors, the anticipated growth may not be realised.

"In tourism, active participation of citizens will also change the mindset on customer care which remains a major challenge," he said.
