Mogae's limo to be fixed in Mogo

President Festus Mogae, who is on sick leave after a successful operation in South Africa, might return to find that his Daimler Limousine is ready to hit the roads again. A statement from Mogae's Private Secretary (State House), Nkoloi Nkoloi says the limousine had been found to be unroadworthy.

The Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Board (PPADB) has approved a request seeking a waiver to repair the vehicle at Mogoditshane-based Car World for a whooping P85,737.26.

Nkoloi said that most of the presidential fleet is repaired and serviced at local dealerships and body shops.
